Saguaros are a foundation species in the Sonoran Desert ecosystem, meaning many plants and animals rely on them. Saguaros are one of many species that are at risk of extinction due to human and climate impacts. We all have an impact on the ecosystem we live in, and everyone should try to do their own part, no matter how big or small, to help make a better environment for all living things!
