Desert Foothills Land Trust is hiring a part-time (30 hrs/week) Administrative Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of DFLT. You’ll support donor stewardship, executive operations, our 4,005-acre Cave Creek conservation initiative, office management, community events, and communications. Responsibilities shift with organizational needs, fundraising campaigns, and Board activities, so we’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and highly organized who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
