About CAZCA
What We Do
The Central Arizona Conservation Alliance (CAZCA) was founded in 2012 as an ongoing initiative of Desert Botanical Garden. Together with regional partners, CAZCA developed a long-term strategy for the preservation of Central Arizona’s open spaces to support a healthy ecosystem and provide beautiful, safe open spaces for recreation, education, and relaxation.
Vision
We envision a sustainable preserve system that supports healthy ecosystems and provides beautiful, safe open spaces for healthy communities.
Mission
To lead community engagement, collaboration, and strategy to protect, restore, and promote desert open spaces in the Central Arizona region.
