Collective Impact Model

Since the 2011 Stanford Social Innovation Review article introduced the concept, collective impact has been widely adopted as an effective form of cross-sector collaboration to address complex social and environmental challenges. Though collective impact has proven to be a powerful approach in tackling a wide range of issues.


Parks Vision 2030

The Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department is in the process of developing the Strategic Systems Master Plan: Parks Vision 2030. The purpose is to update the 2009 Strategic System Master Plan. This plan will include an assessment of the entire park system, including the county regional parks and trails as well as looking beyond park borders.

Lower Gila River Collaborative

The Lower Gila River Collaborative is a voluntary partnership, documented with a charter agreement, to restore the lower Gila River ecosystem while encouraging stewardship, recreation, and compatible development. The Lower Gila Collaborative focuses on the reach of the Gila River that spans from west Phoenix to Gillespie Dam, below Buckeye.

Southwest Decision Resources offers experienced support for collaborative decision making processes, including assessment, facilitation, mediation, strategic planning, coaching, mentoring, and training.
