Dragonfly & Butterfly Bash
Event Description
It’s time to stretch your wings at the Chandler Nature Center’s annual Dragonfly & Butterfly Bash. Be a social butterfly and flutter over to Veterans Oasis Park for a fun-filled morning of discovery as you learn about these beautiful insects. You’ll enjoy hands-on crafts and games for all ages, guided nature walks, and giveaways.
Nature Walks are approximately 20 minutes in duration over easy terrain.
Be sure to attend the Nature of Things session with Borderlands Restoration! Ahead of the event, you can order native plants and pick them up after the session. Don’t miss this great education session and convenient pickup location! (Borderlands doesn’t typically ship container plants, so this is a great opportunity!)
