Kristen Busby is a Director for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Arizona District Council, where she focuses on initiatives that align with ULI priorities around land use, real estate, diversity, and building healthy communities. Kristen is responsible for planning and executing programs that engage members in outreach and educational efforts to help communities with unique land use planning, development, and re-development issues. Kristen has over 20 years’ experience in statewide community development, transportation and sustainability planning.
