Jessica Szopinski

My name is Jessi Szopinski and I’m the Invasive Plant Program Coordinator for the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management (AZ DFFM). I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northern Arizona University and have more than 10 years of experience in natural resource management. Before joining DFFM, I worked in horticulture and natural resource roles with the Arboretum at Flagstaff and the City of Phoenix. Outside of work, I enjoy camping and building LEGO sets with my husband and two daughters, as well as reading, gardening, and backpacking with friends.
