Chris Jacques

Chris Jacques, AICP is the Director of Planning and Community Development and the Zoning Administrator for the City of Peoria. He leads a professional staff that is responsible for a broad array of functions including zoning and development administration, historic preservation, open space and strategic planning. Mr. Jacques has over 25 years of professional planning experience. He has successfully led the completion of a number of signature development and planning projects including the successful voter ratification of the 2001 and 2010 Peoria General Plans, P83 Urban Design Plan, and the Peoria Design Principles and Guidelines for architectural and site review.
